The past few weeks have continued the Global Prebiotic Association’s momentum building from SupplySide West success to strong presence at Health Ingredients Europe last week in Frankfurt. Notable on the HI floor were several entries into the Human Milk Oliggosaccharide (HMO) category of prebiotics, and a few in the acacia gum fiber set. GPA’s ‘traveling dietitian’ Kara Landau wowed crowds in her HI presentation documenting the diversity of products in global markets including foods, beverages and supplements.
I was able to follow up our SSW Prebiotic workshop in this podcast with Informa and editor Karen Butler. We’ve got several announcements pending, capping off a very successful launch over recent months.
